Angel Flight is the original volunteer pilot organization serving those who reside in or are traveling to or through the states of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and the Carolinas since 1983. The Butterfly Fund is facilitated by the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children to provide direct financial assistance to needy families of children and young adults with brain and spinal cord tumors for items not covered by other means. Skilled volunteer teams build wheelchair ramps free of charge. These ramps are custom designed on-site to accommodate each residence and terrain, and to meet all applicable building codes and regulations.

Easter Seals of Birmingham Area not only offers Camp ASCCA, Pediatric Therapy Programs and Adult Vocational Training; they also have The Medical Assistance Grant Program that assists individuals and families in paying for the medical requirements of children and adults who have disabilities and are unable to provide for their own needs. www.eastersealsbham.org

Family Support offers Individual & Family Support in all counties in AL. They offer a Home Modification Program, Special Holiday Assistance and Food For Life Program. www.famsupport.com

Kid One Transport provides transportation to medical, dental, and mental health care services for children and expectant mothers who are transportation disadvantaged. www.kidone.org

Magic Moments fulfills the non-medical wishes of chronically ill children in AL. www.magicmoments.org

Marty Lyons Foundation Applications will be accepted for “special wishes” only for children chronologically aged three (3) through seventeen (17) years. Mercy Flight Southeast
