Connecticut Tech Act Program

Assists Connecticut citizens with disabilities and older adults to obtain the assistive technology devices and services they need to enhance independence and productivity in the community, education and employment with an improved quality of life.

Down Syndrome Association of Connecticut

The DS ACT offers over night camp grants and scholarships to individuals with Down Syndrome as well as a mini grants for projects that support opportunity, equity and inclusion for individuals with Down Syndrome.

Friends of Karen

Provides emotional, financial and advocacy support to children with life-threatening illness and their family. Must live in Fairfield, Middlesex or New Haven counties in Connecticut.

Joey's Fund Family Grant

Joey's Fund Family Grant Program accepts grant applications from families in New England (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire & Maine) that are in need of financial assistance for their family member(s) with autism. Families can apply for up to $2,000 through the program.

Marty Lyons Foundation

Applications will be accepted for “special wishes” only for children chronologically aged three (3) through seventeen (17) years. Children must also reside, or be receiving medical treatment in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
