Provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. To qualify for Bert’s Big Adventure, children must be between the ages of 5 and 12, live in “The Bert Show” radio listening area, prove financial need and have never been to Walt Disney World®. FOCUS offers parents support – a shoulder to cry on, an ear that understands the acronyms, a visit when a child is hospitalized; FOCUS offers information and resources in the community; we even offer specialized childcare so parents can take a break! Medically fragile child, age 21 or younger, who is a legal U.S. citizen with a primary residence in Georgia may apply for Equipment.

FODAC provides refurbished durable medical equipment for adults and children in need. Programs have evolved to include free or low-cost wheelchairs and other durable medical equipment, vehicle and home adaptations and more.
