Provides equipment and training to people with significant combined hearing and vision loss so they can stay connected to friends and family.

Angel Flight West

Provide passengers access to treatment at faraway medical centers; transporting blood to critically ill patients; flying special needs kids to summer camps; and many more humanitarian missions.

ARROAutism Family Holiday Assistance Project

Autism Research & Resources of Oregon assists families with a child having autism during the holidays with gift cards. Families are nominated by the County Board of Developmental Disabilities Program Caseworker.


Assistance Dogs Northwest

Primary focus is training Service Dogs for children and adults who are quadriplegics, paraplegics or physical disability such as Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injuries, Amputations, or Paralysis, and could be helped by the presence of a Service Dog.


Bert's Big Adventure

Provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children ages 5-12 with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. The child/family must live in the radio listening area of The Bert Show.

 

Bill Porter Memorial Fund

Supports any Oregonian who currently receives services from UCP Oregon to enhance their quality of life.

Blanche Fischer Foundation

Founded in 1981, the Blanche Fisher Foundation provides financial assistance through grants to help pay for disability aids. This grant is restricted to residents of Oregon. A person must also display a physical disability and financial need.


Computers for Kids

A Registered Microsoft Refurbisher offer students in grades K-12th the opportunity to enhance their education through the use of technology at HOME.


Dream Factory of Oregon

Grants the dreams of children age 3 through 18 that are critically and chronically ill.

GiGi's Playhouse

Provide FREE, life-changing therapeutic, educational, and career training programs for individuals with Down syndrome.


Joy of Living Assistance Dogs

Providing skilled, devoted service dogs to support and assist persons living with disabilities and special needs.


Make-A-Wish of Oregon

Grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.


Northwest Access Fund

Individuals have an alternative option for financing AT devices and services, home and vehicle modifications, or business equipment. Low interest loans for assistive technology, adapted vehicles, and home modifications for residents of Washington and Oregon.


Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation

Runs the public library, fund and maintain parks, provide educational scholarships, clean up the environment, support health-related causes and give thousands of free medical check-ups through our mobile screening units.


Oregon Prescription Drug Program

Lower the cost of prescription drug medications with ArrayRx.

Prison Pet Partnership

Trains service dogs in the Women’s prison in Gig Harbor, WA and provides dogs to people in WA, OR, ID and MT. There is a $50 application fee and, aside from the cost of the food and supplies, the dog is free. Wait time can be 1-3 years.

Quota International of Central Oregon

Quota International is a service organization that links members of all ages, occupations, and nationalities in a worldwide network of service and friendship. The funds benefit underprivileged families/children and/or deaf and hard of hearing community in central Oregon.

Sidney and Lillian Zetosch Fund

The Oregon Center for Children & Youth with Special Health Needs supports the purchase of adaptive equipment for low-income children with special health needs to succeed in the education. Further details can be obtained by contacting Gilliam Freney at 503-494-8618.

Summit Assistance Dogs

Provides highly-skilled assistance dogs for people with disabilities that significantly affect their mobility.


UCP Oregon

Provides one-on-one supports for adults and children who experience developmental/intellectual disabilities (I/DD) in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties.


Wheel to Walk Foundation

Helps children with disabilities obtain medical equipment or services that is not provided by their insurance companies.
