A.V. Hunter Trust

Funds for One assists families in Colorado with dental procedures and to purchase durable medical equipment through a social worker.

Angel Flight West

Provide passengers access to treatment at faraway medical centers; transporting blood to critically ill patients; flying special needs kids to summer camps; and many more humanitarian missions.

Ben's Blankets

Shares at-cost and free weighted blankets with children who have disabilities in the Colorado Springs and Denver area.

Clem and Evelyn Audin Fund

Funds are available for the youth of Colorado for education, health, development, and care of children 18 years and younger.


Community Connections

www.communityconnectionsco.org Providing intellectual and developmental disability Early Intervention and Family Support services in Southwest Colorado (Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan counties)


Domino Service Dogs

Assist people with disabilities to train their own service dog,

Dream Weavers of Southern Colorado

Applications will be accepted on behalf of children ages 2 to 18 with life threatening illness. Contact 719-553-9559 with questions.


Falling Forward Foundation

Supporting patients recovering from catastrophic medical issues after insurance benefits are exhausted, Falling Forward’s grants allow patients to continue their rehabilitation, to recover to their fullest potential, and to move forward in their lives.

Friends of Man

All applications MUST be filled out by an agency referring on behalf of the applicant. Mobility Equipment: (prostheses, wheelchairs, van lifts, and modifications, ramps, home modifications) Medical Equipment and Procedures Hearing Aids, Dentures, Glasses Basic Needs: Clothing for Children, Food Short-term Daycare, Prescriptions, Cobra/Health Insurance.

H.E.A.R. Project

Applications are accepted from audiologists for funding for amplification, rehabilitation and associated services for children that are deaf or hard of hearing.

HopeKids

The most predominant conditions that qualify for HopeKids include, but are not limited to, cancer, heart defects, Cystic Fibrosis, organ transplants, Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy and Sickle Cell Anemia. Children with chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy and Spina Bifida may qualify if their treating physician deems that their specific medical situation (i.e. coupled with other complications) is considered life-threatening.


Limb Preservation Foundation

The Patient Assistance Program provides assistance to qualifying uninsured or underinsured patients who are in active treatment of their extremities for tumor, trauma or infection through six different funds.

Make A Wish of Colorado

Grants the wishes of children with a life-threatening medical conditions who have reached the age of 2½ and is younger than 18 at the time of referral is potentially eligible for a wish.

Mandy Project through the Colorado State Grange

Help cover the cost of hearing aids, speech therapy, surgery and other related expenses for children with hearing loss.


The Chanda Plan Foundation

Provides financial grants for integrative therapies to those with a physical disability such as Spinal Cord Injuries (resulting in Paraplegia and Quadriplegia)Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Spina Bifida, and Brain Injury.


Two Angels Foundation

Makes a difference in the lives of children by helping families purchase adaptive bikes.
